My Story 

During the lockdown in 2020 I started running for physical activity but also my mental health. I enjoyed my runs but hated what I wore. This was something that really knocked my confidence to go for a run. 

​

The lack of modest activewear shocked me. It was all tight and figure hugging clothes and it just didn't speak to women like me. Who genuinely wanted to be active but lacked confidence to do so. I thought it was time to create clothes that helped women of all shapes and sizes be active, feel beautiful and powerful.

I named my brand Freebird as that's the feeling I have when I am active whether that be a yoga session or a run. I am empowered, feel free, happy and ready to make goals possible! I'm excited with the hope to also help more women to evolve, be active and release a magnitude of empowerment
