Shipping Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free delivery on all orders in the UK only.

Postage fee varies based on the weight of your order and is calculated at checkout. We use Evri standard delivery and delivery time in the UK is up to 5 working days.

 

Custom fees for international orders only (outside the UK):

As all orders are shipped directly from UK, you may be liable to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the country of destination. 

You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by your country. The payment of these fees is mandatory to release your order from customs.

The total of your order displayed on the checkout page does not include custom fees. 

Customs and import tax varies depending on the country you reside in. The carrier will inform you if any additional fees are required.

If you choose to refuse to pay customs fee and the package is returned to Freebird, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Freebird cannot offer reimbursement for for missing packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

30 DAY RETURNS

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for online store credit or get a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery to ensure your parcel reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

**For International Orders (Outside of UK):    

Conditions for an eligible return:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must look like new).

  • Your garments should have the original zipper bag and tags attached.

  •  Include your order number inside your package (you can write it on a small piece of paper if original order slip is missing)

  • Must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Items received after 30 days from the date package delivered will not be eligible for refunds and you will be required to make payment for return shipping or the item will be 

dismissed of it.

We reserve the right to not refund an item if these above requirements are not respected. 

If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags), you will not receive a refund and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded.

HOW DO I START A RETURN ?

  1. Send an email to info@freebirdfitness.co.uk to request a return. Please include:

    • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

    • Which products you would like to return.

    • The reason of your return

    • Please specify whether you would like a store credit or a refund. 

  2. You will need to arrange your return and also pay the return fee and ensure your parcel reaches us safely

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, then your refund** will be processed as a store credit or a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. 

If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags), you will not receive a refund and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated. 

MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our products. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@freebirdfitness.co.uk  within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After we receive your return package and the confirmation process is complete, we will inform you and proceed to the refund process. You will be fully refunded through the payment channel you've used. Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, it may take up to 14 days for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account.

For payments made with debit cards, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@freebirdfitness.co.uk with your order number, date of returned items with proof of return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order* only if your order has not been processed and shipped. If your item is shipped you cannot cancel your order. You would have to wait until you receive your order and request a return.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges. You can return your item to us, get your reimbursement and place another order with the correct size/item.
